Alat is a collection of lounge sofas of titanic proportions. Of austere appearance, its shape permits various modular configurations. Its winged sides give the user multiple ways of sitting or laying down.
The structure is constructed either from extruded aluminium profiles of varying dimensions and powder coated in the oven and available in two colours or a solid pine timber frame.
The cushions of Alat are filled with various densities of foam. wrapped in a protective cover and housed in an exterior case in SIlvertex or Sunbrella fabric.

Empordà born and bred. We live the outdoors with calma. Sun, sea, the rocky coastline and the northerly tramuntana winds. The Empordà surrounds us.
Andreu Carulla and Joe Doucet met each other in the summer of 2015 during New York Design Week. They immediately struck up a connection that resulted in a unique creative collaboration.
